I snuck back into my house, grabbed a backpack, my cell phone, laptop, a change of clothes and my dad's credit card. I had some money saved up but it wouldn't be enough to live off. I got whatever snacks I could carry and left. I had no idea where I was headed, I remember hearing the scientists talk about a strange girl in New York, when they were 'shocking' me. I don't know why but I got a ticket to New York on my dad's card. I knew he never used this card which was lucky cause he won't notice it missing for a while.
The train ride took about two hours. It was peaceful, and quiet. I just watched the countryside shoot by. I fell asleep for a while, and was woken up by some man that was sitting next to me.
"Last stop, sweetie. You gotta get off now." He was old and strange so I quickly got my stuff and left without saying a world. New York was amazing, huge and scary. Everyone was walking everywhere. There were flocks of people traveling in one direction and another in a different direction. I had to be extremely careful, it would be so easy to bump into someone and i couldn't risk exposure. If someone did bump into me they could easily kneel over in seering agony and then I would be the center of attention. It was too dangerous, I needed to get somewhere safe!
Just to let you understand this blog
My friends and I create fictional and random stories all the time.
I thought it would be a good idea to share them with the rest of you...
So here on my blog we simply post stories of many different varieties.
Hope you like them!!!

Ace - Part 2
For as long as I can remember I have been an outsider, one of the weirdos no one wants to be next to. Always alone talking to myself or my dog. I grew accustomed to it, I had to. At the age of 5 I realized I was different, every metal object shocked me and when I got angry, static would surround me. Being that young, I only wanted a friend, and at that time my best friend was Jojo, my dog. But when I hugged him, he fell over, stopped breathing and from then on my parents never touched me. They didn’t tuck me in at night or hug me, I was a danger to them and they knew it. Can you imagine what it feels like to have your parents so afraid of you they would come close to you as of the age of 5?
Life went on, I preferred to be alone, even I was scared of myself, or my ability to be precise. Always trying not to touch people or get close to anyone. I couldn’t take that chance because I knew someone could get badly hurt if they touched me. I learnt to control it enough so it wouldn’t show, but there were times when it would overwhelmed me. I felt it coming, the surge of raw energy coming from deep inside. I had no way of stopping it but I did have time to run away so no one would witness it. Unfortunately, my parents did once. It scared the crap out of them. Of course it would, it scared the crap out of me, and they didn’t feel what I did, they only saw me curled up, glowing blue, with what can only be described as electricity flowing out of me. I must of looked something like lightning blasting everywhere, originating from one little girl.
What else could a parent do? They had me locked up in an institute. Yeah, the image that flashed through your mind is quit right. White padded walls with no window and me the teenage girl sat quietly in the corner, in a straight jacket waiting for something. Anything. Looking back now, the funniest thing was electro shock therapy. It confused them silly when they realized nothing was happening to me, no matter how high the voltage. Ever tried shocking a rechargeable battery? It just takes in the electricity…
That’s all I did, was soak up the volts they put through me. That was probably their worst mistake. I was soon going to crack in that place, have an electrical meltdown like the one my parents saw, only this time I was supercharged because of these `whitecoats`. I couldn’t consider them doctors if they were able to do this to a 17 year old girl. So when I finally broke down, I ended up torching the place, I just watched it burn down.

Ace - Part1
You see it in movies and television series but no one ever thinks it could actually happen to them. Even though every one wishes they could fly, or have super strength they don’t really think what that would do to their lives, how it would affect their friends or relatives and permanently scar them. The only thoughts that occur to them is how cool it would be surprising people and showing off, what they could do… I know the flip side of being special.
My name is Ace and I have an ability. It’s likely you won’t believe me but it’s true and I’m telling you my story because I can’t hide any more, We can’t hide anymore. Yes, there are more of us, and the world needs to know the truth. There are people out there that don’t want the public to know, others want to use us and unfortunately some want us dead.
We were not created by scientists, infected with radioactive waste, nor are we aliens. We are simply different, born this way with no way of changing. To tell you my story you need to be patient, it is a long one with things you probably won’t want to hear, yet you must, for all our sakes.
